Easter is one of my favorite times to go crazy with styling ideas. I just can't get enough of seersucker and lace for the kids. It's to time pull out the styling board and get to work.
First step will be to plan the fabric colors and clothing selections so parents can begin styling the kids. Each child needs to have 3 extra fun items added to their out fit.
Family Colors….Pastels of blue, yellow, orange, and pink
For example…Toddler boy needs seersucker pants with a white shirt. So now we put three things to complete his look... lets add plaid suspenders, pattern bow tie and and solid handkerchief in his pocket.
Toddler girl needs lace pastel dress. 3 items would be ribbon on dress, necklace or bracelet and boho flower headpiece.
Older Boy…Khaki pants with a striped shirt. 3 Add on items could be plaid belt, tie, and vest.
Older Girl… Flower pastel dress. 3 add on items would be gloves, necklace and boho headpiece.
It gets more complicated the more people in the group. Each child needs to be a different variation of the same colors but can each have an extra color of their own. This should give you the same colors but an interesting variety of fabrics and textures.
If this seems overwhelming you may just want to let our stylist do it for you.
My back drop is going to be amazing this year. Think bunnies, eggs and chocolate.
